Deutsch LA is looking for a Senior Strategist with creative/brand and social strategy experience to join our team on Taco Bell. This position will be responsible for helping shape the brand strategy for one of our most creatively awarded clients, and will be focused on finding ways to keep Taco Bell deeply relevant on social media and in culture. This role will work in close partnership with creatives as well as strategy. The role should be a dynamic, creative thinker, deep collaborator, and confident presenter.

 

This job is perfect if:

●      You have at least 5 years of experience working in strategy, and at least a few of those working directly in social. 

●      You have the ability to think both strategically and creatively.

●      You have an in-depth understanding of all social platforms and how to strategically leverage them for brand/fan engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord)

●      You have your finger on the pulse of culture, you know the latest trends, and you can quickly identify opportunities for brands to activate 

●      You have experience with social listening tools (e.g. Netbase) and are confident in being able to report on campaigns performance 

 

Responsibilities: 

●      Continue to evolve and define our strategic approach for Taco Bell, as it manifests across various projects and products.

●      Develop holistic campaign plans - encompassing omnichannel platforms including social, digital, and TV.

●      Ownership of campaigns from brief development to campaign completion . 

●      Provide compelling cultural, social and consumer insights regularly to inspire creative output

●      Clearly understand client challenges and needs 

●      Cultivate relationships across the business including with creative teams, clients and cross-functional partners. 

●      Ability to manage multiple project work streams simultaneously

Salary for this role will depend on experience. Approximate salary is 110K.
